Pricing questions
What's included?
Everything, on one plan: Smart Links for every release, Meta ad campaigns on your own ad account, Fan Hub page, Fan email (5,000 emails a month), AI Coach (around 200 answers a month) and Analytics across your platforms. There are no tiers and no setup fee.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend isn't included: you pay Meta directly on your own ad account, and we never take a cut. That keeps our incentive simple: we want your ads to work, not for you to spend more.
What happens if I use up my fan emails or Coach answers?
The allowance resets on the 1st of each month. Need more fan emails or Coach answers? Top-up packs are available, and unused credits never expire. Found Sound tells you how many you have left before you run out.
Why is the UK price in pounds?
Artists in the UK pay £39/month (£390/year), roughly the same as $49 at today's exchange rate, so neither market subsidises the other. You pick the currency when you subscribe, and it's then locked; email us if it needs changing.
Monthly or annual?
Either. Annual is ten months' price for twelve: $490 instead of $588, or £390 instead of £468.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Studio → Plan → Manage billing. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for, and your fan list is always yours to export.
Is there a free trial?
No. You can make your first smart link before paying anything, then you see the price and choose to subscribe.
